You don’t need several years of experience to be a part of Grlshred, everyone’s welcome no matter the level. For us, it's about sharing the same passion, cheering each other on and developing together. Inclusion and openness are some of our core values. Strong friendships have been created and together we break barriers and steps outside our comfort zones. We want to be a healthy, gathering place where everyone can feel safe and seen, which has been important for both psyche and body in the middle of a pandemic. In addition to this huge commitment from all our girls, we’ve got high fives and kudos from boys when we arrive to the skate park, halfpipe, top of a mountain or in the lineup. It is quite clear that the time has come for us to take our place. And hey: we’re here to stay.
